A limited number of rooms are available at the Hyatt Place Provo, for a fixed price of $150/night + tax.  The Hyatt Place Provo is across the street from the conference venue.  This rate will be available until Friday, April 9, 2027, or until all available rooms are booked.

The Provo Marriott Hotel is also across the street from the venue, and there are several other hotels available nearby in Provo. We recommend booking early, as May is a busy season in Utah Valley.

Getting to Provo

SLC Airport. The most convenient gateway is Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), a Delta Air Lines hub, with nonstop service from most large US cities and several international destinations. From SLC, Provo is roughly a 45–60 minute drive by car, rideshare, or shuttle.

UTA’s FrontRunner commuter rail connects Salt Lake City and Provo. From SLC airport, take TRAX light rail to Salt Lake Central Station, then FrontRunner south to Provo Central Station. Total travel time is about 1.5 hours. Note: The FrontRunner does not operate on Sundays.

Provo Airport (PVU). This is a smaller regional airport with limited direct flights.  It is serviced by American Airlines, Allegiant Air, and Breeze Airways.  From PVU, it is a 10-minute drive to the convention center by car or rideshare.

Local Information

Provo enjoys pleasant weather in May, with daytime highs typically in the upper 60s to low 70s °F (around 20–23 °C) and cool evenings.  Note that Provo is at roughly 4,500 feet (1,400 m) elevation, so drink plenty of water and allow time to adjust.
