The conference program, together with the poster session and the PhD forum session details, is now posted here.
In preparation for the FCCM poster session and the PhD forum session, please follow the instructions below.
Poster preparation
- You are in charge of preparing and printing your poster before the conference.
- The poster stands at the venue support posters of sizes 24×36 inches (height x width).
Hanging the poster
- Please put up your poster before your session, but after the preceding session (e.g., for Poster Session 2, you can put up your poster at any time after Poster Session 1).
- You are welcome to use any poster stand that is available (the poster stands are not labeled/preallocated in any way).
- Please take your poster down after your session, so that we can prepare for the following poster session/PhD forum.
During the session
Please be next to your poster during your allocated session, so that you can discuss your work with the FCCM attendees.
